New project wizard doesn't create all assets [message #1112269]

Hi,

I am following some of the tutorials in the "book" i.e. the hello world demo. Having created a new project I see that the Desktop and Client session assets are missing from the scout navigator. I have tried all three types of application and they all have the same result. The demo runs OK but is this correct?

I am using the 3.9 Kepler release (3.9.0.20130612-0904)

Isn't this related to this post: desktop node not showing

-> workaround: "restart the IDE"

-> Or since the bug is fixed, you can update your Scout version, using the nightly update site for Kepler:
http://download.eclipse.org/scout/nightly/3.9

(Scout SDK 3.9.1 release is next month)
