I am building installer(plugin) using following class and its methods:

Package & Class Name: org.eclipse.update.core.BaseInstallHandler
Required Jar File: org.eclipse.update.core_3.2.500.v20110330.jar

Here the problem is the BaseInstallHandler has been removed by newer version of eclipse.
Deprecated: The org.eclipse.update component has been replaced by Equinox p2
Ref: http://help.eclipse.org/indigo/index.jsp?topic=%2Forg.eclipse.platform.doc.isv%2Freference%2Fapi%2Forg%2Feclipse%2Fupdate%2Fcore%2FBaseInstallHandler.html

Our plugin build is getting failed for Eclipse4.2.2

I found Equinox P2 is the replacement for BaseInstallHandler, but not getting any idea how to use Equinox P2.

Kindly provide sample application or solution to build plugin with Equinox P2 which uses it.

Thanks.
