a)
In the columns of the history view the date is presented like "Aug 6, 2013 5:15:52 PM +0200". Is it possible to change it? (e.g. German presentation = 06.08.2013 17:15:52)

b)
After migrating CVS to git using cvs2git the time is displayed 2:00:00 PM +0000 in the history view column, but in the comment view below there is the correct (+0200) time 16:00:00 displayed.
