Every time I try to unzip the latest milestone 1.5M5 on my windows XP
system i get a an error saying

! D:\wtp-sdk-S-1.5M5-200603022222.zip: Cannot create
eclipse\plugins\org.eclipse.wst.ws_ui.feature.source_1.0.100 .v200603022200--UIWGqGGYq\src\org.eclipse.wst.ws.explorer_1. 0.101.v200603012030\wsexplorer\favorites\actions\FavoritesLa unchWebServiceWizardActionJSP.jsp
Total path and file name length must not exceed 260 characters
The system cannot find the path specified.

I've got the same problem. Looks to be a winzip problem.
Try with ZipGenius (http://www.zipgenius.it/eng/index.php)
I could unpack without problems with that.

If it's not a ZIP problem,it causes the long folder path when you unzip a file.
Try Long Path Tool.
