Hello.

I am trying to install the Axis2 1.6.2 Code Generator Wizard in my Eclipse 4.1.2 but it does not show up.

I tried copying the jar file under the plugins and dropins directories, restarting after that.
I went to the OSGi console and executed the command 'ss', but the plugin does not appear on the list, so I do not know what else to try (I even checked the MD5 checksum just in case the download was corrupted).
