I was using adesigner 1.0 and all was working fine. I computer fell off my desk and shut down. Now, sites are no longer producing results. I sometimes gen the error "visualization error". It's only for Blind. Low vision works fine. I'm using .9 with no issues at the moment. Any ideas of how to get 1.0 working again? I've tried downloading and running it again, but I get the same error.
Thanks for your help.

Excuse me for this late reply.

Would you please let me know about your environment (OS (Win7, Win8, Vista / 32bit or 64bit), version of Java, etc.)?
These information might help us to reproduce your situation.

Many thanks.

Best regards,
Kentarou

Thanks for responding. I'm getting the same error on several environments. One machine is a Windows 8 machine with the latest Java and one is a Windows 7 machine with the latest Java. I get the message when testing all websites I've tried, including simple ones like google.com. The windows 8 machine is 32bit and the Windows 8 machine is 64bit. Any help you can give, would be greatly appreciated!
