I've only see this once on a Eclipse SVN Plugin.
With this Plugin, you coul'd export all the files that was changed.

You could mark one or more commits, and do someting like "export". Then you choose Folder, and press export-button.

The result: You got the changed files in this folder, with the whole Path
The benefit: You can easily upload the files via FTP. You doesn't have to search wich files are changed, even good, if the server has no ssh for adding a patch.
