Hi all,

The official place to get the e4 tools from is : http://download.eclipse.org/e4/downloads/

Since it is in incubation there are no real releases so the one with the latest fixes is the Stream Integration Build. Click the hyperlink of the Build name (e.g. I20130628-1600) and at the next page the update site is found on the down-right corner labelled 'online p2 repo link'.

This 'online p2 repo link' is not to be browsed (you will get a 404) but it is meant to be used as an Eclipse update site.
