I have a few eclipse bundles, which build with Ant. I want to build my bundles with Maven. For this I use maven-bundle-plugin. Then I want to debug my bundles. I add all maven projects with packaging bundle to Eclipse workspace through Existing Maven Project. The build are successfully finished. After this i click Debug Configurations -> Osgi Framework. In tab Bundles i see all my workspace projects. I click Add required bundles and then click Debug.

Equinox OSGI console show me few errors:

If you created eclipse plugins, you need to run an Eclipse Application
(not an OSGi one)

If i will be use Eclipse Application (=PDE), i have to change folder's structure from standard maven src/main/java and src/main/resources to PDE structure, where root folder has META-INF folder and plugins.xml. Is this the only way to debug my bundles?

If your build.properties is defined correctly, you should be able to
debug OSGi bundles in their current layout. However, if they're Eclipse
plug-ins then I don't think PDE will find the correct files (like
plugin.xml) in the correct place to load in development mode. PDE
creates a dev.properties file that tells the runtime where to look for
extra files, IIRC.
