How to Import/Export VXML files [message #1064325]

I'd like to be able to use the VTP tools to edit an existing VXML file, and save to the same VXML file for use in a different VXML browser. Reading through the getting started tutorial, it doesn't look like this is possible. After opening the OpenVXML perspective, I try to open my VXML file and it just brings it up in Notepad Sad

Any ideas?
