Hi all
I have a repository using VisualSVN. Its url is "a.b.c/svn" (a.b.c actually is a local address). There is a repository xyz. I can browse it using tortoiseSVN
the url is "a.b.c/svn/xyz"
Now I try to browse it within eclipse. I use this
file->new->repository location from SVN repository perspective view window.
A dialog GUI pops up, in its url text box, I type in "a.b.c/svn/xyz" I got errors. an error occurred while accessing the repository entry. The ROOT folder is empty.
also "a.b.c/svn", "a.b.c"
none of them work.
But if in eclipse I use import->check out projects from svn
i can type in the repository
"a.b.c/svn/xyz" and check a project out from there.
what is wrong with my steps?
note, I ommited https:// in url string because this forum does not allow to use a real url string. It think it is a link to outside
