I want to add a tool into palette on runtime. But I don't know how to do it. Can somebody give me some advise? It is better to show me the code. Thank you very much.

You have to get the PaletteRoot model object (from your GraphicalEditorWithFlyoutPalette editor) and then add an PaletteEntry to it.
It should refreshChildren in the palette for you automatically.
