In the Debug Launch Configuration you should add "/opt/intel/composer_xe_2013.1.117/compiler/lib/ia32/" to the environment variable LD_LIBRARY_PATH

  1. Menu Run->Debug configurations...
  2. select your configuration and go to tab "Environment"
  3. click button "Select.."
  4. Select LD_LIBRARY_PATH and then click OK
  5. Edit the variable
  6. append your path (paths are separated by a Smile

If LD_LIBRARY_PATH does not exist yet you can create it.
