I use birt 2.3.2 which Tribix xls emitter version should I use?

I have tried version 2.3.1 look weird like some cells are marged while birt original emitter works properly but it is xml spreedsheet 2003 which cannot work with excel reader on another program.

That's likely the best version of Tribix to use for your version. The source is available if you want to try to modify it to work better for you.

Other options you might try from recent contests on BIRT Exchange are:

BIRT Exchange DevShare - Native Excel Emitter Plug-in

AND

BIRT Exchange - SpudSoft BIRT Excel Emitter

Not sure if they'll work in your older version, but you might give them a try.

You're welcome. Let me know if either work. I've not tried them in older versions. I'd be interested to know.
