Hello,
I want to uninstall or delete Eclipse files of an old version, but get the message that the files cannot be deleted. How do I get rid of these old Eclipse files. I want to download the latest version.

If you installed (downloaded and extracted) Eclipse in the first place,
then there's no reason you can't wipe them from your system. Simply
remove the eclipse subdirectory. Anyway, you don't need to wipe what is
there to download and use a new version.
