Justin, can we ask questions about the ExtJS plugin here? There is no forum on the Sencha site relating to the plugin. If you know different, please let me know.
Is there a worked example of using the plugin with an Architect managed application?
The documentation for the ExtJS plugin is pretty thin and an example of a reasonably complex ExtJS application would help understanding how the VJET and JSDuck markup can be used to fill out the pieces I perceive to be missing.
I appreciate there will be an expectation that plugin users will know VJET. However the ExtJS documentation which comes with the Sencha Complete package is limited to some reference slides about how the plugin handles specific markup features. It doesn't, for example, cover how to reference user created methods on the application object which, in JavaScript, can be accessed through the name of the application object such as:
'MyApp.myFunction(blah)'
I imagine there is some VJET or JSDuck markup which can handle this. I'm fairly proficient with Eclipse and ExtJS but it's not clear to me how VJET and/or JS Duck markup should be used to, for example, provide a name application object in the global namespace for VJET to learn about the functions I have added.
As far as I can tell you now work for Avantsoft and are lead on the the ExtJS plugin implementation. Is that correct?
