I prototyped some JPanels using WindowBuilder for an application and added some JTables to them. Then I learned that I had to add JScrollPanes to make them scrollable. I found a couple of posts that state to select the widget in WindowBuilder and then use the Surround With menu to add the scroll pane, but this menu option is available, but it doesn't let me add the JScrollPane.

I tried to manually edit the code to add the surrounding JScrollPane but then Window Builder crashes when it tries to parse the code.

Is there a reliable way to surround an existing JTable with a JScrollPane in Eclipse?

Thanks
