I am trying to reveal a file in the package explorer when creating a project using a wizard. To do so, I found the following solution:

PackageExplorerPart part = PackageExplorerPart.getFromActivePerspective();

However, it is discouraged to access the PackageExplorerPart but I cannot find a way to do that easily by another mean. Can someone point me to the correct solution?
