I am getting the following error message when I try to run > eclipse:Failed to load JNI shared library "c:\Java\jdk1.6.0_20\jre\bin\client\jvm.dll"

please help me to solve this problem....

You should probably start with (yes, two separate lines)

-vm
C:\Java\jdk1.6.0_20\bin\javaw.exe

inside eclipse.ini just before the line with -vmargs on it.
