Hy guys one question about the namespace resolution in the java project in eclipse

actually i have implemented a little project in eclipse that was working correctly
it has a main, so it is a standalone project and not a J2EE

when the application was exported has jar and try to execute it by the main
I started to have the error
Unable to locate NamespaceHandler for namespace....
the project was working with spring and was the spring xsd that wasn't find,
so i modified the xml configuration spring file to point to a resource in the class path and it works correctly

but is not clear for me why it was working inside eclipse and not outside
