Greetings!

We provide Eclipse packages for our developers that already contain all packages and plugins a developer needs for our development process.
What I haven't figured out yet: How can I preconfigure the Eclipse formatter with an own formatting style? I know that one can import a new configuration, which is then stored with other user specific settings in his workspace or .eclipse directory, but how can I distribute an Eclipse archive that already contains our formatting/configuration?
Any ideas?
