Using eclipse-jee-juno-SR2-win32.zip on Windows 7, java 1.6.0_35

I am not able to connect to an update site.

If I goto Help, Install New Software, in the dropdown called "work with" I choose:
The Eclipse Project Updates - http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/4.2

I get errors indicating that multiple problems have occurred. The message is:

HTTP Server Unknown HTTP Response Code (-1):http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/4.2/compositeContent.xml
HTTP Server Unknown HTTP Response Code (-1):http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/4.2/compositeContent.xml
General connection error with response code=-1

We connect to the Internet through a proxy, and I checked Window/Preferences/General/Network Connections and the proxy host and port numbers are correct for HTTP and the other schemas.

How can I tell if this connection error is at my end?

I appreciate anyone looking into this, but it's working now.

I deleted my extracted juno directory and re-extracted it from the zip, with a different zip utility. The update site worked this time when attempting to install the SVN Team plugin.
