Is there any possibility to draw a Manhatten Connection line at another position automatically when it overlaids another connection line?

Juliane,

this is not possible using Manhattan connections. They offer no
configuration possibilties at all (simply taking over the GEF Manhattan
connection routing). In case you want to influence routing you will need to
switch to e.g. FreeFormConnections.
