I have an RCP based application which has a table. I am trying to hide certain columns in this table by setting width to zero.

It works fine in Windows. But in Linux with plugin version 3.2, the headers are getting hidden, but I am able to select the hidden cells, which actually overlaps with other cells now. And on selection of these ghost cells, contents of these hidden cells become visible.

This issue is not there in eclipse plugin 3.7 but I need to know if there is a work around for this in 3.2.

Interestingly, if I set the width to 1, these cells do not overlap each other.

Is there a better way to hide table columns without using set width?
