I had no luck searching for my exact problem.

I am using Eclipse Indigo with the CDT tools. I have it running in a VM (VMWare Workstation 7) running a CentOS 5.5 guest.(Windows 7 host)

What happens is, very randomly, when I delete some text, it will end up somewhere else in the file. I usually do not even notice that this has happened until I try to compile and get a ton of errors.

This may also occur if I cut/copy and paste some text. So it almost seems to randomly grab text from the clipboard.

The only other point of reference I have is that I also use Indigo on Windows for Java development and have never seen this problem.

Has anyone experienced this?

Do you have installed any clipboard tool (e.g. Klipper)?
