Hello,
Maybe this is a little bit off topic here, but since VE development
seems to have stalled:
What do you consider the best *free* eclipse GUI builder?
windowbuilderpro seems quite OK, but it is commercial and costs money.
What about Jigloo, are there free ones better than that?
Thanks and best regards
Franz

Jigloo isn't free. Unless you think of using it for non-commercial projects.
If that is the case Windows Builder Pro is available for OS projects http://www.instantiations.com/company/opensource.html

I want to use the software for my personal education, so i think i can
use Jigloo but not WindowBuilder Pro (or at least only a limited
functionality edition).

Cannot say which is "best", but the GUI builder in NetBeans is very good.
Kind of ironic - I generally prefer Eclipse, but on finding VE not working
in 3.3, came to this newsgroup to find more info.
Oracle's JDeveloper is also free. Dunno about the GUI builder (if any).

JDeveloper's GUI builder is similar to that found in the pre-eclipse JBuilder.

So we can expect new Nightly/Integration builds in the near future?
