This morning we'll be declaring Phoenix RC3.

RC3 will include the home page, Articles, Membership, Downloads and
About Us sections. The rest of the content will be moved over to the
new layout as it is ready.

Some bugs were fixed with RC2 so that the main page validates as
XHTML-compliant:
http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fphoenix.eclip se.org

One bug was fixed with our CSS so that it too validates as CSS-compliant:
http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/validator?uri=phoenix.ecl ipse.org&usermedium=all

We'll do our best to create valid XHTML pages throughout the site,
especially on the most popular pages, but won't enforce the standard.

I'm looking forward to releasing the new site!
