I cannot seem to get a basic profiling example to work with TPTP 4.5.1 and
Eclipse Ganymede. I looked all over the TPTP site for the latest docs, but
could only find this tutorial:

(which I suspect was written for Eclipse 3.2)

The tutorial has the developer doing both memory and time analysis, but
the profile configuration
When I followed the instructions I was able to start monitoring the
CarModel, but I could not see how to view method-level information. There
was no "M" icon as described in the tutorial.
