From time to time using eclipse i experience bugs which are hard to describe precisely and to reproduce, about 10 bugs for now. I wonder how eclipse development process handles them? Is there a possibility they will be fixed?

There is some possibility that they will be fixed as a side effect of
some other fix. That's not something you should count on.

Unfortunately, if a bug cannot be described, it's terribly difficult to
identify, let alone fix.

Even if you can only describe some of the symptoms or the general
situation, that might be enough to get started. Others may be able to
offer additional insight.
