Dear all,

I am trying to integrate a platform graphics algorithm to use GEFs features for formatted text.

However, the background of my text is always a dark grey, no matter what I try.
index.php/fa/12150/0/
I would prefer that it'd be transparent or at least that I'd manage to set the background color.

Any ideas?

not sure if that helps, but you may check what Graphiti does for text
refreshes in
http://git.eclipse.org/c/gmp/org.eclipse.gmp.graphiti.git/tree/plugins/org.eclipse.graphiti.ui/src/org/eclipse/graphiti/ui/internal/parts/PictogramElementDelegate.java
method refreshFigureForGraphicsAlgorithm (lines relevant for texts starting
at 554).

Otherwise I would suggest to post this question to the GEF forum.
