Sorry to be a pain but I can't seem to find where in the forums is the right place to ask a question about a bug I'm experiencing developing an Eclipse RCP application?

The bug in a nutshell is about a problem with the dynamic help but through debugging it seems it might be some kind of focusing issue (the dynamic help is showing the wrong page because the display.getFocusControl() method is returning the wrong control because OS.GetFocus() is returning the wrong handle). May also have a threading component since it acts differently between debugging and non-debugging modes.

Any ideas which forum will be best for me to ask my question?
