What's better than working for a startup on a shoestring? A mid-sized
company with real customers, a real vision for scaling to the next level,
and the will (and budget) to execute.

PAR3 Communications (http://www.par3.com/) is the leading provider of
deeply integrated, interactive outbound notifications to Fortune 100
customers. We want you to join an elite team of 4 world-class developers
within our organization who will be dedicated solely to building the
flagship product to prepare us for order-of-magnitude growth. Early
designs are forming for an Eclipse-based custom authoring environment we
need you to help us build. This IDE-like tool will provide our services
people and partners with a ground-breaking visual programming paradigm for
creating rich telephony (and multi-media) outbound applications. But we
need two Eclipse super-stars to help us finish the design and bring it to
life. A long-term (~12 month) and a short-term (~3 month) contract
position are available, and a full-time position will become available
when the short-term contract ends.

Opportunities like this don't come around often. Many startup tell you
they are going to become the next big thing -- the difference is we've got
the track-record to back us up, and we're already off the runway.

Email jobs@par3.com with your resume, or contact the project lead, Jesse
Watson (jesse.watson@par3.com), with any technical questions.
