Icon in menu bar does not work Indigo on Ubuntu 11.10 [message #935175]

I have just installed Indigo (on a clean install of Ubuntu 11.10) for Java Development. I downloaded the file and unpacked it in ~/home/Development. When I double click on the executable it starts but the icon in the icon bar just has a question mark and, after being saved, cannot start Eclipse.

Anyone know how to fix this?
