How do I remove align and match buttons from coolbar. Is there any way to do this, or remove the bar itself ?

Hi Rui, do you mean the toolbar on the top? That is contributed by the ToolbarContributor? It is defined as an extension.

Rui,

You should have a look into DiagramEditorActionBarContributor. It adds all the actions of the editor to the toolbar and menu.
