The current TPTP can collect the ARM data of instrumented Java
application. But I don't know if the C/C++ programs be supported or not.

You can follow the below steps:
1, add "Build to Manage Libraries" to your project build path in Eclipse
workbench.
2, Open the launch configuration window of profiling mode.
3, Switch to the "Monitor" tab, and select "ARM Analysis" under
Instrument Collector.
4, Configure the filter for Instrument Collector to include all your
classes and exclude all others.
5, Press the "Profile" button.

In addition to Java, TPTP 4.4+ has .NET ARM bindings (tested with C# and
VB) in the BtM Toolkit for .NET tech preview. TPTP does not have
support for C/C++ ARM bindings.
