Hello,

I am implementing a Plugin which uses a commandline tool when the user wants to.
I am able to define the Run External Tools Configuration in the eclipse_runtime, by
defining a specific External Tools Configuration.
However I want my plugin to "deliver" this Configuration. But I am not able to find how to do this.
