Sergey,

Error like this could happen when your Eclipse 3.4 configuration have
some errors. I'd suggest to try to install m2eclipse on a clean 3.4 install.

We just published another 0.9.5 build and I verified that it
successfully install on Eclipse 3.3 and 3.4
