I'm hoping that someone can point me in a direction to look...

I had let my Fedora 16 system install some security updates and I have since noticed that in Eclipse the Show (files) List background color has gone from a yellowish color to black. The Heap Status bar also went to black as well. All the autocompletion popups seem to use this color scheme as well which has made them useless to me since the foreground color is also black. There doesn't appear to be any options for setting these colors within Eclipse so I have to assume that these colors are being picked up from outside of Eclipse somewhere?
The Eclipse I'm using is Indigo Version: 3.7.1, Build id: R3_7_1
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
