Hi everyone.

I'm kind newbie in EMF and associated.
I wanted to have tabbed properties withou tabs, i.e. A want properties in a composite with form elements, but as I only have "one tab", I don't want any tab at all. Is that possible?

Thanks in advance

Rui,

I'd suggest looking at EEF.

Hi Rui,

maybe the EMF Client Platform is also an option:
http://eclipse.org/emfclient/

Best regards,
Maximilian

Hi Rui,

Just to be completely clear, the TabbedProperties plugins cannot manage
this case. You have to include your composite in a Section which itself
have to be include in a Tab to display your widgets.

So if you want a "Eclipse Forms Composite", EEF can generate it for you,
but you will have to integrate this composite by yourself in the
properties view (which can be relatively complicated) or in another view.

Regards,

Hi. Thanks to both of you.
I'll try EMF Platform.

Actually, I was definining my view to show properties, but when I bind it with Jfaces, it doesnt work properly.
When model elements are associated to a resource it kinda works as i expected, but when it is associated to a file resource it doesnt work fine.

Is this suposed? What I was trying should work?

Thanks again

Hum. Ok.
So I defined my own view which captures the current selection and shows the properties.
But the binding with Jfaces doesn't work properly, specially when model is associated to a resource file.

thanks
