console input during debugging [message #902348] Fri, 17 August 2012 04:47 Go to next message

hi,

I am debugging a C-program within Eclipse and the program requests an input via getchar(). Just typing a character does not work. How to do it?
The program is waiting for my input.

Nick,
are you using RTSC and XDCtools? This doesn't sound like a RTSC question. If you are using XDCtools, which version are you using?

hmm, what is RTSC and XDCtools?
I have a standard Eclipse-CDT installation. The only plugin is "Eclipse Qt integration".
