Disable popup alert in MAT [message #901910]

I am using Eclipse MemoryAnalyser. It's a great tool, I have script to call MemoryAnalyser to process my heapdumps.
But there is one thing I have noticed since MemoryAnalyser v1.1.1 and v1.2
When error/exception happens, a alert pops out and says "An error has occurred. See the log file...." if I don't dismiss the alert, it will hang.
This isn't so good since I have other process in the script and I don't want to manually click the alert every time.
Is there any flag I can set to disable the pop up alert?
