Empty build configuration list after update to Juno [message #900007]

Hello,

I am using Eclipse for Linux (x64). My CDT projects contain several build configurations, which I could activate by using the menu option "Build" -> "Build Configurations" in Eclipse 3.x. After updating to 4.2 Juno, I find two new submenu items "Build by working set" and "Set active by working set" but neither of them lists my old build configurations, instead they're both empty.
So how can I change the build configurations in Juno?
