Invalid preference page path: XML Syntax [message #899642]

hi

i just would like to know, if there is any possibility to fix this problem without using a new workspace.
When trying to execute a main method, i got the error, that the main class was not found. This seem to be caused by the "Invalid preference page path: XML Syntax"-Error.

As i don't want to integrate several huge projects again, is there any possibility to fix the workspace settings?

I checked another workspace and there i could execute the main methods.

I use Eclipse 3.7.2 on a VM with Ubuntu.

Hi,

This is the wrong newsgroup for technical questions. This newsgroup is
for announcements about the Eclipse foundation organization itself.

I'm guessing eclipse.platform might be a better fit for this question.
