Hi,

in my report there is a radarchart with 2 different series. one of these is only to fill a specific area (value is constant). the other series represents the primary data. each series has its own colour defined (connecting the endpoints, creating a polygon which is filled with the defined color). These leads to a color which is a result of mixing up the color of both series. i tried changing the transparency setting of the color defined for the series, but that did not prevent the colors from mixing up. how can i setup a primary and secondary series (which is blinded by the 1st series, if their polygons meet) or prevent the colors from mixing up?

Thx for any advice in advance,

hage

Can you post a screenshot? If one point overlays the other do you want
it to just hide it?

i want the green polygon to have the same color all over the chart. the defined color is the one, which can be seen at the top right of the attached image, the cell within the outer ring. is that possible?

Can you log a bugzilla entry for this. You should be able to set the
Zorder for a radar series. As a work around, go back to the select data
tab of your chart wizard and switch the two series expressions. for
example if series1 is defined as row["qty"] and series 2 is
row["price"], set series 1 to row["price"] and series 2 to row["qty"]
This should reverse the order the series is drawn in your chart and show
the green polygon on top.

Did the reverse series order work for you?
