Our requirement is to show a new report below the current report whenever the user clicks on the pie chart in the current report. The reports can be nested to 4 to 5 levels. One approach to do this is to make all the reports in one report and set their display as none. And once the user clicks on the chart make the other report display as block, but this approach would have performance issues. So i was thinking of generating dynamic dataset for each report to be displayed. This data set will be populated only if the user clicks on the chart.
Can you please help me on this issue?

Rupal,

How are you displaying the report? Are you using the Viewer? If so you
could build a custom jsp page to display two reports and use client side
interactivity to update the report below based on what you click on in
the top report.
