Hi All,

Currently, I am developing an Eclipse plugin that has to generate some codes in eclipse editor when user performs certain actions.

My requirement would be as below:

After activating the plugin - when user clicks/double clicks, some predefined text needs to be populated in the eclipse text editor.

When I went through the internet, I found some details on the classes IWorkbench, IWorkbenchPage and ITextEditor. But I did not get any reference that would populate the text in the text editor of the current active workbench page.

Could any of you please help me by providing directions to my above query?
