I made a connection to the mySQL database using the database explorer. But I
don't see any tables. Did anyone have the same problem and would help me?

thanks in advance
Matthias

Hi Matthias,

Which version of MySql are you running?
Which version of the jdbc driver are you using?

We tested with Mysql 4.0.23 and 4.0.24.
We used the MySQL Connector/J 3.0.9-stable (formerly MM.MySQL) JDBC Driver
(mysql-connector-java-3.0.9-stable-bin.jar)

We tested with InnoDB and ISAM tables.

I found this through a search... It has been more than two months but I
have the same problem.

mysql version 4.1.12
mysql connector/j version 3.1.10

I guess this should not be a surprise since the database explorer view
only shows mysql 4.0 as an option... Does this mean mysql 4.1.x is
really out of the picture?

Thanks,
Luis
