I was tried to install "eUNL2" plugin to Eclipse Helios in Fedora 15. (i need a plugin tool that imports java project and outputs the Class diagrams of the project. In some forum, suggested this tool.). The problem is when i Add a like to use it shows "Unable to connect to repository soyatec.com/update/content.xml Connection refused". Is there any issue with my settings or how do i install this or is there any better plugin to crate Class diagrams by importing java project.

Hi

No idea what eUNL2 is; perhaps a typo for MDT/UML2.

soyatec.com/update/content.xml is a proprietary repo that is nothing to
do with Eclipse. I suggestr you contact Soyatec, or use a more regular
Eclipse mirror.

Even i tried to get new software list from downloads.eclipse.org, i getting same error, "Unable to connect dowloads.eclipse.org/content.xml Connection refused.". I think it is an issue with settings/preferences. Insome Linux forum, i got info regarding UML plugin tool to eclipse that can create Class diagrams for a java project.
The tool is eMUL2 or ObjectAid.

Hi Prabhas,

your connection problems might be caused by incorrect network settings.

Are you behind a firewall?
Have you checked the network settings:
Menu: Window / Preferences / General / Network Connections
Here you could check the correct proxy entries.

Hi Prabhas,

I tried to install eUML for Eclipse 3.7.1 (from the Soyatec website)
into Eclipse 4.2 without success. Maybe they are going to provide an
update for Eclipse 4.2.

Thanks for the reply ..
I changed Window / Preferences / General / Network Connections, updated proxy settings and left the local host stting as it is, there is an option Auth (value false for all http https sock), i chaged it to root authentication and later removed (left as default), but no impovement. how to change the firewall settings. I am using Eclipse Helios version 3.5, running on Fedora 15.

What is Active Provider, i set to manual (default is Native). I tried with all options, it doesn't shows any error(as previously occured), but still in a state of Pending for a long time. no improvement.
