After installing some additional software from the market place my Juno-php environment corrupted. I re installed Juno and additionally PDT version 3.0.0.v2 and I can see the PDT when looking at installations. However there is no PHP project option and further no option appearing in Preferences either. Please advise.

Linux Fedora 17
Lenovo thinkcentre m58e
eclipse Juno
Version: 4.2.0
Build id: I20120608-1400

Update :
After hours decided to do complete rebuild of OS/Juno. Added PHP as above and option for project choice available. Installed Sun JDK 7 and then Android ADT. All gone smoothly so far. Please ignore the above thanks

I just did a fresh install on Windows 7 and have the same issue.
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium SP1, 64 bit
Juno 4.2.0 (build id: I20120608-1400)
Install directory: C:\eclipse
PDP 3.0.0.v201201110400-77-184_2BEICRgM_fMVcz0M4Va9O (from Indigo)
Hardware: Samsung, i5-2450M
JRE: 64 bit, JRE7, installed in C:\Program Files\Java\jre7

I try to open a new project via File -> New -> Project, but there is no option to create a PHP project

Eclipse & PHP
----------
NB before starting remove any old references to the existing installation.

1 - rm -rf /home/<yourloginname>/.eclipse*.*
2 - rm -rf /usr/share/java/eclipse
3 - rm -rf /home/<yourloginname>/workspace/.metadata
4 - rm -rf /usr/bin/eclipse
5 - rm -rf /usr/lib64/eclipse

cd /usr/share/

#tar -xf eclipse-SDK-4.2-linux-gtk-x86_64.tar

start eclipse using a previous icon.

install php from Juno - http://download.eclipse.org/releases/juno
upgrade php from pdt - http://download.eclipse.org/tools/pdt/updates/3.1.1/nightly
follow upgrade instructions http://wiki.eclipse.org/PDT/Installation#Eclipse_4.2_.2F_Juno_.2F_PDT_3.1.x

Good luck.

The link to those instructions goes to a 401 Unauthorised as the link includes 'action=edit'. Removing that and just going to http://wiki.eclipse.org/index.php?title=PDT/Installation_3.1.1 produces essentially a 404.

In anycase, I installed using the same approach that you have outlined (ie.. I didn't use a debian package or anything like that) and I have the issue.

I also tried removing my workspace and starting with -clean but still had the same issue.

Think I'll have to go back to Indigo until this can be resolved.
