BIRT uses iText for PDF generation. You could always use iText to
manipulate a pdf after it has been generated. What are you wanting to
change?

I want change in case of fonts,formatting text.
Add or delete any text in between. Is it possible?

One more thing,can we update the same copy or do we need to create new one?
